ABV: 54.0% ABV
Nose: Powerful, mineral forward. Super funky – loads of olive, vinegar and tomato on the nose. Wild and unique, with a profile I can’t recall finding in many rums.
Taste: Sweet, loads of vanilla, vinegar and brine. Olives, pemento, rubber, light woodiness. No real heat.
Finish: Short, but sweet, fruity and more restrained in the tomato olive department.
Overall: This is weird, but in a way I enjoy less than the Sajous. It’s unique, I could see it spicing up a bloody mary well, but it’s not my preferred funky profile.
