The Schtick: Made from wild agave strain Tepextate, this expression is mashed and left to ferment with wild yeasts before a two runs of distillation. Let’s see how it is.

Nose: Powerful. Ash, cigarette smoke, green bell pepper and onion. Faint sweetness.

Taste: Sweet with lots of cream cheese frosting, some vanilla, confectioners sugar. Pepper, ashy and acrid. Faint plastic. Lightly vegetal, alost a faint woody note.

Finish: Long, rich and sweet. Cream cheese frosting, ash, burning wood and a nice pepper note.

Overall: Wild, fun, crazy. Sweet, ashy, Fun and unique. I really enjoyed this one.
