The Schtick: This is a limited release from Tio Pedro Hernandez for 5 Sentidos. Produced by hand and by using a clay pot still, this 90 bottle release was released exclusively in Texas. Let’s see how it is.

Age: NA

Nose: Pepper, cream, bell pepper. Faint string bean. Celery. Really nice sweetness to it.

Taste: Mango, sour vinegar, confectioners sugar. Apples, olives, faint pepper and rubber.

Finish: Short, loaded with clay, faint smoke, ash and green bell pepper.

Overall: Really interesting. The clay and funk really plays nice with the pepper notes.
